$250+: FREE SHIPPING

VERIFICATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. All products sold on this website are for dental professionals only. Orders will be only be fulfilled if the shipping address is to a dental office registered on Google. For any other address that is not a dental office, your order will be canceled automatically and be fully refunded.

PROCESSING
It normally takes 2-5 business days for us to process your order.
Please note that this does not include statutory holidays and weekends.

Delivery Time

• 4-7 days within Canada
• 10-14 days to USA

SHIPPING
Canada: Shipment normally takes 3-7 business days to arrive but can take up to 10-15 business days around busier periods such as holidays etc.

US:  Shipment normally takes  5-10 business days, but can take up to 14-20 business days depending on the border custom. 

* Please contact us within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you as soon as possible. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

• Deliveries that were attempted but not successful because there was no one available at the destination.
• Unsuccessful delivery attempts that result in a return to sender situation.
• Incorrect addresses entered by you when placing the order. After a package is shipped out, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
• Stolen packages.
• Delays caused by customs, or unexpected postal delivery delays such as local postal backlogs or strikes.
