Refund policy

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after receiving your item(s), no refund/exchange will be offered. To qualify for a full refund, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Email diadent@diadent.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide the reason(s) for return in detail.


REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved,  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at diadent@diadent.com

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS 
Items on sale/clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The box and document must be labeled as RETURN. Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
For all orders, DiaDent Group International does not accept liability for any damage or less, direct or consequential, stemming from the use the product described. It is the responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.

 

CHANGES
DiaDent reserves the right to make the final decision on any necessary changes to the return policy.
