Dia-Cem - Dual Cure Self Adhesive Resin Cement
Dia-Cem is a permanent resin cement, formulated for reliable adhesion and long-term retention of indirect restorations such as crowns, ceramic veneers, inlays, and onlays. As a self-adhesive, dual-cure system, it simplifies the cementation process while delivering dependable strength across a range of clinical situations.
FEATURES:
-
Universal Solutions
Suitable for crown, ceramic veneer, inlay, onlay, endodontic post, bridge cementation, and implant abutments.
-
Easy Dispensing and Mixing
Dia‑Cem is a two‑paste cement housed in a double‑barreled automix syringe, delivering a precise 1:1 ratio directly onto a mixing pad or the internal surface of the restoration.
-
Easy Clean-Up of Excess Cement
Formulated to reach a controlled gel phase, allowing quick and effortless removal of excess cement.
-
Tack-Curing Method
Light‑cure excess cement for 1–2 seconds at several points; the semi‑cured material can then be peeled away cleanly.
-
Chemical (Self-) Curing Method
Allow excess cement to self‑cure for approximately 3 minutes after seating the restoration; once gelled, the excess can be removed easily.
-
Excellent Bond Strength
Contains 10‑MDP, providing strong chemical adhesion—especially to zirconia—without the need for separate etching, priming, or bonding steps.
